The package
My aim was to craft a package that straddles the line between fun and sophistication, avoiding the trap of being perceived as merely a toy. This is a piece for the collectors, for those who appreciate the finer details and the stories behind them. It's about creating something that doesn't just sit on a shelf, but that sparks conversation, evokes memories, and brings a touch of whimsy into the high-tech realm. In essence, this project is a tribute to the imaginative spirit, designed to be as captivating in its narrative as it is in its functionality.

This "snap-pack" located within the package, affixed to the cardboard insert, houses the key, which is securely shrink-wrapped inside. To access the key, the card must be broken. Additionally, the pack includes thick cards inscribed with launch codes, mirroring the method by which real missile silo operators receive their codes. Operators traditionally snap open a card to reveal the codes, which are then matched to a corresponding radio message.
